Magnani 1404
Magnani 1404 paper mills date their origins back to the XV century, when the first settlers developed the mill along the banks of the Pescia river that was famous for it’s clear waters, an essential requirement for the production of paper.
Committed to continue a tradition merged in the past when the paper craftsmen have given big fame throughout the world among lovers of the “beauty” to a small part in Tuscany where the access to a great facility of rich and pure water allowed the development of paper-making.
During the years, Magnani paper mills have walked step by step with the turmoil of the nation, always remaining active. At the beginning of the 19th Century, as an index of its growth, they owned more than 150 vats for refining pulp.
