ORDER STATUS 

Once you have successfully placed an order on our website, you will receive a confirmation email with a copy of your order as well as an order number (ex. Order #1234). Your card will not be charged at this time. Once your order is ready to be shipped or picked up, you will receive another e-mail with either a tracking number so you can follow your order through the courier's website, or letting you know that your order is ready for pickup.

We are currently working with much reduced staff so order processing times are longer than usual. Currently we are working with 4-6 business days for processing shipping orders (processing time does not include shipping time; business days do not include weekends as we are getting some rest).

Curbside pick up is now available with a 1-2 day processing time. Curbside pickup is available from Monday-Friday between 10am-3pm. Pick ups not available on weekends. We will contact you by email when the order is ready and arrange a time for you to pick up your order.

All orders need to be placed in full and same day additions or same day requests are not possible. 

 

OVERSIZED AND OVERWEIGHT ITEMS 

There will be additional fees on oversized or overweight items. Oversized items are classified as any product that is or is larger than 36" in any direction and overweight items are 50 lbs. and up. 

 

SHIPPING RATES 

Our shipping rates are based on the value of your order before taxes. The rate for shipping will vary depending on your location in Canada. Most of our packages are shipped using Canpar, Purolator, Dicom, Fedex, UPS and locally, Your Way. If you would like to use another carrier, have special instructions or have any shipping related questions, please email info@gwartzmans.com. 

 

PAYMENT METHODS 

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Debit Visa/Mastercard, Paypal, Google Pay and gift cards (virtual and physical). 

 

OUT OF STOCK ITEMS 

Rarely, an order may go through even though an item may be out of stock. In this case, we will contact you with alternative products as well as the option to wait and be notified of when the product is back in stock. Your card will not be charged until the full order has been confirmed. If your order was altered and the total of the bill becomes larger than the original total, you will receive an email letting you know that you have to verify a new payment of the added charges. 

 

DAMAGED & UNRECEIVED ITEMS 

Please notify us immediately after you get your order if you receive a substantially damaged item by contacting info@gwartzmans.com. In the event that you do not receive an item you have ordered, contact us immediately. Unfortunately, we will not be able to replace any damaged or missing products if not contacted within 7 days from day received. 

 

EXCHANGE AND STORE CREDIT 

Eligible items must be returned unopened in original packaging within 7 days for store credit or exchange. Shipping and handling fees are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable. Items must be returned with their original packing slip and reason for return. We will contact you to confirm your store credit or exchange once item is processed. 

Items that may not be returned are as follows: gold leaf, sprays, cut canvas, paper or board, pens, markers and custom orders. 

 

OUT OF STOCK ITEMS AND BACK ORDERS 

We encourage you to re-order any out of stock items at a later date. To enquire about out of stock items, please send us an email to info@gwartzmans.com, as on rare occasions a product may seem to be out of stock online while hiding somewhere in our warehouse.
