New Shipping Information

Current shipping update.

We are currently working with much reduced staff so order processing times are longer than usual. Currently we are working with 5-7 business days  for processing shipping orders (processing time does not include shipping time, business days do not include weekends as we are getting some rest). Our staff are doing their best to get orders ready sooner and shipped out to our customers. We really appreciate your patience at this time.

Curbside pick up is now available with 1-2 day processing time depending on number of orders. Curbside pickup is available from Monday-Friday between 10am-3pm. Pick ups not available on weekends. We will contact you  by email when the order is ready and arrange a time for you to pick up your order.

Please note the oversize and weight charges will  apply.These items usually require extra packing time and courier charges are more costly. Additional charges will also include shipping to remote areas and PO boxes

 

Our purchasing staff are working with some suppliers to keep our warehouse stocked and also showcase some new product ideas.

Our shipping rates are based on the value of your order before taxes. The rate for shipping will vary depending on your location in Canada. Most of our packages are shipped using Canpar, Purolator , Dicom ,Fedex UPS and  locally Your Way. If you would like to use another carrier, have special instructions or have any shipping related questions, please call the store at (416) 922-5429 and ask for the shipping department. For shipping to Nunavut, Yukon, The Northwest Territories and International shipping please contact us before placing your order. Some areas of Northern Ontario, Quebec and other provinces, islands  remote areas and PO boxes  may incur additional charges. Shipping times and charges may vary in these instances. You will be contacted by customer service to authorize any additional fees.

OVERSIZED AND OVERWEIGHT ITEMS

There will be additional fees on oversized or overweight items. Oversized items are classified as any product that is or is larger than 36" in any direction and overweight items are 50 lbs and up. 

ORDER STATUS FOR COVID 19

After your order is placed, it will be processed in 7 business days. On the rare occasion, it may take longer than this depending on if there is a large promotion or seasonal event taking place. This may also change depending on your location and method of shipment. We are not responsible for any delays due to international shipments.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Debit Visa/Mastercard and gift cards on our online store. 

OUT OF STOCK ITEMS

Rarely, an order may go through even though an item may be out of stock. In this case, we will contact you with alternative products as well as the option to wait and be notified of when the product is back in stock.

DAMAGED & UNRECEIVED ITEMS

Please notify us immediately after you get your order if you receive a substantially damaged item by contacting 416-922-5429 or info@gwartzmans.com. In the event that you do not receive an item you have ordered, contact us immediately. Unfortunately we will not be able to replace any damaged or missing products if not contacted within 7 days from day received.

EXCHANGE AND STORE CREDIT

Eligible items must be returned unopened in original packaging within 7 days for store credit or exchange. Shipping and handling fees are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable. Items must be returned with their original packing slip and reason for return. We will contact you to confirm your store credit or exchange once item is processed.

Items that may not be returned are as follows:

gold leaf, sprays, cut canvas, paper or board, pens, markers and custom orders. 

OUT OF STOCK ITEMS AND BACKORDERS

We encourage you to re-order any out of stock items at a later date. To enquire about out of stock items, please call the store for more information at 416-922-5429. On the rare occasion, a product may be out of stock and not yet updated on our website. If you order an out of stock item on our website that has not yet been updated you will be contacted and as soon as possible and not charged. Please note that backordered items are currently being cancelled.
