What is My Order Status?

Once you have successfully placed an order on our website, you will receive a confirmation email with a copy of your order as well as an order number. Updates regarding your order status will be emailed to the email address on file.

Where is my order? How can I check?

You’ll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and when it is ready for pickup or shipping. Our in-house processing time is generally between 5-7 business days (M-F), but fluctuates seasonally as orders increase. Processing time does not include weekends, or the time it takes to deliver your order. Your update email will include links to tracking information.

How can I track my order?

Orders for shipping will receive a link to tracking information. In some cases orders will be mailed with Canada Post or sent with local couriers that do not provide live tracking updates. In this case you can email us at info@gwartzmans.com to see when your order was shipped.

The item I want is out of stock, when will it be restocked?

Due to increased demand for certain products at busier times of the year we might have a higher-than-usual number of out-of-stock items. We’re doing our best to restock these items as quickly as possible, and will offer alternative options if they’re available.

How will I be reimbursed for missing items?

Missing items will either be voided or refunded via the same method of payment used at the time of purchase. This can take 7-10 business days to appear in your bank account.

Do you accept phone orders?

Phone orders are not accepted. Orders can be place online at gwartzmans.com

I live at a street address, why do I have to pay extra fees for my box number?

Any box number, RR or remote address will incur shipping charges on par with the courier's quotation.

How can I sign up for G Rewards?

On gwartzmans.com every page has a blue shopping-bag-and-heart icon, on the bottom right of your screen. Click on this icon to join, or sign in to view your points, and discover new ways to earn rewards and redeem.

I have not received my order confirmation. Where can I find this?

Emails from info@gwartzmans.com are always sent to the email address provided by you at checkout. If you have not received your confirmation email please check your Junk/Spam, and Promotions tabs.

 

How to use a gift card online:

1. Go to https://gwartzmans.com/

2. Add item to cart

3. Click checkout.

4. Select add to cart.

5. Fill out Contact information and Shipping address.

6. Copy and paste gift card code and enter into the section that says “gift card or discount code”

7. You may enter in both a gift card number and discount code or multiples of each.

8. Click continue to shipping.

9. Click continue to payment.

10. Enter billing address.

11. Once you have completed your order you will receive a confirmation of purchase email.

12. Also if there is a remaining balance on your gift card it will show when you pull up that gift card.
