The Lake Pigments set features exclusive, vibrant plant pigments, expertly extracted by Lutea Couleurs Végétales in Belgium. This set includes three brand new colours available only in tube format: Yellow Weld, extracted from dried weld, Reseda luteola, gleaned in France, Cosmos Orange, extracted from dried flowers of the Cosmos plant, cultivated in Belgium by Lutea using organic farming practices, and Logwood Violet, extracted from South-American logwood.
A. Gallo watercolours are crafted according to a traditional recipe of raw pigments, gum arabic, local honey, rosemary essential oil, and a wetting agent. This artisanal process creates a highly pigmented and luminous paint that activates beautifully when wet.
This collection includes six 10mL tubes, and a colour chart printed on Arches watercolour paper.
