Customer Service / Order Desk position:

Gwartzman's customer service department is looking for 1-2 people to join our team. You will work with our other customer service / order desk staff as well as warehouse team. Currently these are part time positions.

Hours are: Thursday - Saturday 9:30am-6:15pm

-Customer service experience
-Good phone manner
-excellent organizational skills
-Enjoys dealing with the public
-Professional writing skills
-Works well under pressure
-Team player
-Self motivator
-Detail Oriented
-Likes to take on a challenge to get the job done
-Can assist with warehouse staff during busy season to make sure orders are prepared properly and in a timely manner.
-Art material knowledge an asset

Retail Staff

We are looking for a part time and full time retail representatives. Must be available weekdays and weekends.
Our retail staff are:

-POS experienced.
-Comfortable using a computer.
-Good command of English to read and understand labels.
