Holbein, Legion Paper, and General Pencil Watermedia Workshop

This Brand Ambassador Materials Workshop is a hands-on workshop for artists of all levels and experience from beginner to professional. Along with the instructor Alanna Cartier, this guided workshop is a learning experience where participants have the opportunity to experiment with many different materials. The Watermedia Workshop will focus on Holbein’s Watercolor, Gouache, Acrylic Gouache, and Watercolor Mediums, as well as Legion’s 100% cotton Stonehenge Aqua White and Black papers, Yupo White paper, and an assortment of General Pencil materials. 

All materials will be provided! 

Who is this for?

Artists and hobbyists interested in exploring Holbein watercolor, gouache, acrylic gouache, and watercolor mediums.

About your instructor

Alanna works as a self-taught artist and illustrator in Toronto, Canada. She works in a loose and expressive style in Acrylic Gouache and Coloured Pencil. She delights in scribbles, marks, and brush strokes that remain visible in the final artwork, marrying realism with a clear artist’s hand. She uses painting to better see and understand the world around her, and to share the wonder she finds. Her subject matter includes food,  flowers, birds, and nature.
