Holbein's acrylic clear gesso is a thick, creamy ground with transparent, matte finish. It can be used as a painting ground on a wide range of surfaces, including: paper, canvas, wood, cloth, stone, concrete, modelling clay, and leather.

Packaged in an innovative poly bag that uses less material that traditional containers. Great for the environment, and makes for a easy pouring experience.

Available in two finishes:

L-Coarse: a rougher surface, ideal mixed media and thick application.
M-Medium: a surface texture similar to most gessos and grounds.
