We're teaming up with Liquitex to help you get extra creative this holiday season. Join us in this fun and creativity-filled evening of colour, and experimentation with Liquitex Markers!
Follow along with artist Kareen Hague for a hands-on mini workshop exploring the versatility of acrylic markers. Learn tips, tricks and techniques as you create personalized gift bags and tags for your loved ones.Ā
We'll be experimenting together with bold colour on a variety of surfaces such as wood, glass and fabric to see new ways acrylic markers can be incorporated into our art practice.
All materials are included, and you'll be taking home your own unique gift bag and tags!Ā
About your instructor
Kareen Hague is an experimental fine artist who works out of her home studio in Markham, ON. Kareenās art captures the essence of realism with an impressionistic touch. She covers her canvas with paper and mediums creating an unexpected textural surface to capture the many layers of colour. Primarily self-taught, Kareen uses both traditional and non-traditional mark making tools to develop the background and layer in the details.Ā
