You've been to a drop-in life drawing, but how about some instruction to elevate your figure drawing skills?
Overview
In this two-hour session seasoned animator and figure drawing teacher, Sam Braithwaite, will lead you in pushing the pose, with a clear breakdown of what the term means and how to apply intent and life into your drawings while you work from a live, clothed model.
Whether you are a new to exploring figure drawing, or have taken a break from drawing-from-life and are looking to refresh your techniques, this is a great way to ease yourself into the practice and receive feedback in a supportive environment.
Please bring the drawing materials you are comfortable with, such as sketchbook, newsprint, pencil, conte and marker. Drawing boards will be available for use, and additional materials will be available for purchase.
